quicksilver 3000 controls to 3 liter motor.

Today I noticed that the controls on the boat are a little odd... the PO took the controls apart to remove the interior to have it redone... I do believe (through research of the control system) that I have everything to set the controls up properly...

I did however, notice that I do not have and carb movement wheni put the controls in reverse.....I can drop the throttle alllll the way back in reverse and the carb lever does not move whatsoever...

Along with that, if I look at the (throw) of the cable system, and center it at the motors end, the cables on the controls (pulleys and arms) look bassackwards... so maybe I have them installed incorrectly.

I will take a picture or video of the controls/shifting cables tomorrow when its daylight. But I thought I should ask to maybe see if someone can point me into a correct direction if this is a common issue with not understanding something in the controls lol

There are several modifications to the 3000 control over the years. Something just didn't align correctly upon reassembly. If you don't have it, here is the manual
