Quick Carpet Question

OK, I'm almost finished removing the rotten plywood from my 17' bowrider, and will be replacing this weekend. After epoxy and a little 'glas work, I'm going to replace the carpet. My question - if I'm gluing the carpet, will the carpet seams be hidden? Or, should I buy 1 piece of carpet wide enough to do the whole thing in 1 pass?

TIA
safetyman

Re: Quick Carpet Question

I'd go with a single piece, at least for the majority of the open floor space..

Re: Quick Carpet Question

I kept all my seems where the sides meet the floor.

Best advise I can give is to use the old carpet as a template.

Makes things so much easier.

IMHO.
