Questions regarding pro' and con's for having wings on the prop on a mercury 60efi

I have a 17ft hardy fast fisher with a merc 60efi 2007 and was wandering if it is worth having the wings on because I'm only getting 20 kt'ts so is it worth having it at all but wanted to know the pros nod cons pls help if u can your opinion means a lot cheers

It's semi-displacement, how much more were you expecting ? Maybe telephone them ?

Well the God Mercury had wings on his sandals, and he went real fast.

I assume you mean a "whale Tail"? They usually do not help with top speed, only hole shot.
