Ok so for those of you who havn't read my post I am putting a rebuilt motor in my Yamaha 1200 SUV. My question is are the any mods or upgrades I should look into as I have the motor out now and would be easy to do now. I have seen something about a D-plate and removing the catalytic converter, anyone know about this?
Also any special things i need to do when putting in the new engine? Such as timing I saw in my service manual should be whatever above TDC how do you adjust? (like a car?)
