Got a Tohatsu 8. Serial plate says M8B 3B2 11603.

What year is it?
2-stroke?
Long shaft? How is that measured?

Is the fuel fitting connection to the motor from the fuel line different for 2 or 4 stroke?

What year is it? Early 90's
2-stroke? Yes
Long shaft? How is that measured? Measure from where the engine would mount on to the transom down to the cavation plate above the propeller.
