Questions about buying a 1984 honda 15 hp 4 stroke

I don't really know anything about honda outboards. I am to assume that because it's honda there will be parts available for an 1985? Also he says it's a 15 hp but why do the decals on it have the number 75 on the cowling? He is selling it for $400 is that a fair price? He says it works well. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It is a 4 stroke longshaft

never mind. I talked to the guy selling it and it is a 9.9 with the 7.5 cowling in it. Too small for what I need it for
