Ok, the trim pump on my 290 outdrive is junked, so I am looking for a replacement. I am getting confused. I looked over at this page
http://www.volvopentastore.com/HYDR...*****.930474231--store_id.366--view_id.321175
And I see that my model which is the first one on the list has been replaced by several different models down to the bottom of the list.
I took a look at the replacement pump and it doesn't look anything like the one I have. Mine is tall and thin with 3 wires out the top attached to a silinoid assembley. The new one looks to only have 2 wires coming out the top. The connector looks simular to the one on my silinoid assemble.
My question is do these new pumps work. Do they have the relays or silinoids built in, or am I missing some wires on the pictures.
If anyone has done this replacement, please help steer me in the right direction.
Thanks
