Just picked up my new to me boat and going through it (lots of questions to come I'm sure, so apologizing now :) ) I was walking around the boat and I found these 3 holes on the side. The two on the right seem to be connected to something inside. The one on the left is legit just a whole in the hull. It's a nicely drilled hole, so pretty sure something was there at some point and would like to replace it. But don't exactly know what goes there. In looking through ...it appears like it might behind where the fridge is in the cabin, but I am honestly not 100% sure on that. Anyone have any ideas? Boat is a 2001 Maxum 2400SCR.

Thanks!!!!

Plastic thru hull fittings that have deteriorated from UV exposure and broke off.

Strongly recommend you replace every thru hull on the boat. Many a boat have sunk as the result of a failed thru hull

Yep. That's my plan for that exact reason!!! They are pretty far above the water level, but still. What do they attach to on the other side of them? Is there like a hose and drain or something on the inside?

They are either drains or intakes.

Thru hulls can be threaded or have hose barbs. I had both when I replaced mine with stainless steel a few years back

Awesome. Thanks!!! Found out the sizes from a Maxum forum. Apparently need to pull my fridge out, that should be fun lol. Thanks for the info!!! At least I know now what they are called and what to buy.
