Question on 16FT SS 2001

Hey guys, I am in the market for a fish/ski boat (been looking at the Lowe 165FS lately) and today I ran across a 2001 SS 16ft with a 50HP motor, seems like a nice boat. Below is a better description, what do you feel is a reasonable price? I ran the numbers on nada and the price they are selling for seems high, I will post what they are asking after I see what some of you think. Also what options can be installed (ski pole, ladder) and where would I go about finding them? Thanks for your help.

If it looks as good in person as it does in the pictures, and the motor checks out AOK, I think $6850.00 isn't outrageous. I'm sure there is some negotiating room in it, this time of year in Indianapolis. Start low, negotiate hard. Used boats aren't rare, January boat buyers are.
