Question + Looking for service manual..

Question: Own a 2004 Honda BF5 4 stroke - i notice that when running the engine for 20 min or so - the pee hole water never gets warm - seems cool/cold. Could the thermostat be stuck? Any way to test?<br /><br />Also - where is a good source for service manuals for the 2004 units? Everywhere I look the manuals are up to 1999 only.<br /><br />Thanks
