Question for those in the know

Today the weather was great and I ran my new to me, completly rebuilt 1993 Johnson 90 Horse for the first time. I ran it on a set of dual flow muffs, and it started right up and water flowed out the pee hole right away. Water also flowed out of four other holes at about the same rate, they are pictured in the photos and circled in red. Is this normal? Click on the photos to enlarge.
