If you're speaking of having a fuel spray of sorts spit out the carburetor throat when the piston's on its down stroke, that would be due to a improperly seating leaf valve.<br /><br />I assume you're referring to the above type problem, however and with no intentions of insulting your intelligence, I would add...<br /><br />If, on the other hand, you're speaking of having fuel flow out the carburetor when the fuel primer bulb is compressed, that's a carburetor problem.
