I currently have XM in my truck and love it. I was wondering if the Roady unit with the FM modulator would be Ok for use on a boat with a regular AM/FM unit and antenna? Could the roady antenna be velcro'ed to the boat each trip so it can be taken out and used at home as well?

Todd

Bonedigger,

I have the Sirius system. I am planning to do precisely what you are thinking.

Re: Question about XM radio?

Check out eBay BoneDigger. I bought a new Terk mast type XM antenna for 99 CENTS about 2 weeks ago and fitted it to a SS marine mount. Works great. Also picked-up a receiver (for a spare so I don't have to pay an additional subscription) that came with a mount and all the power converter & wiring for 37 bucks! I love eBay.
