Question about exhaust manifold/risers?

I opened up the manifold from my Chrysler 318. There is some rust, doesn't seem to be alot. Does any one know if it's possible for "someone" to clean these out, similar to dipping an engine block?

Ayuh,... Sure, most any Machine Shop can do it...
If it's a freshwater boat, yer probably wastin' yer time, 'n money though...

Cast iron creates a rust patina that protects it from further rustin'..
