question about compression test on 175 ob

I was taking a compression test on my 2000 175 Johnson ob . I had 100 lb on the port side and 110 on the strb side . I notice on all three cyl on the strb side had a slight amount of smoke still coming out when I removed the plugs on that side for the test . I had just warm up the motor for the compression test . Just seem weird there was no smoke on the port side when plugs the were removed . motor seems to runs good . Thanks for the input JB
