Hi All,

I just found out that I have a big rip on my boat cover two days before I leave for Wisconsin on a fishing trip. This rip is pretty big, it almost seems like someone took a knife and cut a peace of it out. It is about a 5" x 5" hole. what is the fastest way to patch this up? I would need a patch that is at least 12" x 12". Can I make that somehow myself? I don't have much time before I leave on Wednesday to get a new one ordered..

Any help is appreciated
Thanks
Zupp

Got any canvas material?

There is a permanent fabric adhesive that may work out for a patch

Made out of the same material I have an outboard cover that I never use. I can cut that up but what would I use for the adhesive?

I've had good luck with Camco Awning Repair Tape.
I put it on both sides of a tear and it holds well.
