Spent 1.5 hours on the hook with about 100 other boats. I have to say that I am now all for mandatory boat training and testing. I was rafte up with 4 other boats. We had to fend off 2 boats and one of the boats in our raft was hit by a third. We had boats from 18' to 35' + up on plain running through all the boats on anker coming within 20' more times then I can count. The coast guard was out there in solid force pulling boats over but so many ignorant / inconsiderate boaters made us and two other rafts pull anker and leave. Absolutely crazy.
