Puzzled with ignition issue

I getting 11.7 v from coil to dizzy but not getting any spark ? I have troulble shot the coil and it passed the merc troubleshooting specs I have also did the same w/ the pick up coil and it also passed still puzzled, Also it has new wires,plugs and fluids checked all the obvious issues lanyard working it will kill power to coil and re-activate it w/ the switch .Am I missing something here ?? any input would e great the only thing I haven't tested is the mod will probably have to wait until monday any input would be appricieated and thanx in advance.
