Every time I push in my choke on my ignition switch, it blows a fuse in my motor. Could this just be a bad fuse or maybe a broken ground. I would I go about checking this? Thanks in advance

Sounds like to me you have either a completely shorted primer solenoid OR a shorted wire going to your priming solenoid. Because when you push in the key switch, it applies voltage to the priming solenoid and if that blows the fuse, it is applying a straight voltage to ground or the engine case, and that causes the circuit to use too much current and blows the fuse. I'd check that first. Because if you continue doing that, you will also need to replace the ignition switch as well... JMHO!

You should have that part located around or even on the carb. The choke being electric is the problem. It is either a solenoid or some other type electric activated choke and that IS you problem or the wires going to it... You equally could have a wire that has the insulation rubbed off and contacting ground. Either situation is causing the fuse to blow. But it only blows when you push the key switch because that is applying the current to the choke section. So look either at the electric choke OR the wires going to it... JMHO!
