Well dangit I goofed up.
Replaced head gasket and such and didn't have the rod in place correctly. So I bent it.
Now I'm seeing red, blue, yellow and non.
That's not my face Im talking about.
1985 190hp 3.7 liter mercruiser with the Ford head. Which rod do I get?
So far researching has not led me to an answer. Unless I find a measuring tool to exact measurements of what I need.
Thank you

You could take one of the other pushrods off, and use it in the bent rods place just to measure the clearance, and see if the same size will work in that cylinder.

the pushrods are from the ford FE engine. (427 and 460) found in pickemup trucks

straighten what you have to measure, or pull one from the a neighboring cylinder.

if you are unsure if the pushrod is the correct length. plenty of writeups for measuring ford pushrods on the interweb. there are also conversion kits to convert to adjustable rocker arms.
