purchasing a new inboard/outboard motor

Does anyone know of a place that I can purchase a turn key engine? I maybe purchasing a boat that has no motor at all installed. Its for a 24' bayliner ciera 2450. I talked to one marina and they said do a search on the internet for inboard/outboard turn key engines. I tried that and had to luck finding anything. Please help. Thanks

I would need the complete package. The boat had an ONC 302 engine in it. The engine locked and it has no outdrive. So I would need to purchase a complete package. Any suggestions?
