I have been told it has 50 hrs. on it and the compression reads 95 on all cylinders. Does the 95 reading sound like it falls in an apprpriate range etc.? I am new to boating and have some reservations? The boat is a 2001 sea hunt, escape 200. Any feedback would be appreciated. newbie04

I would have to say that old boy saw you coming. If that motor only has 95lbs of compression, then I would bet that it has more than 50 hrs on it. I dont think that a good decarb would bring those numbers up. 95 is poor compression for that new of a motor.
