Pulling fly wheel on sport jet 90

Does anybody have any tips or tricks on pulling a flywheel that is frozen on the shaft?

Hi. Do you use a centrum puller, ore one in the threaded holes (3)?.

Have you taken of the brick under the flywheel nut?.

Spray down in the middle with WD40 ore something similar. And let soak for a while.

Used the puller that attaches to the three holes. Unfortunatily I snapped two bolts already. Tried the wd40 soak too. It just won't budge!

Mine sat like H*** first time of.

Can?t you borrow a centrum puller from some marina ore service place?. I made one, can think they are more rock solid, so you get the right torque.

You can try to hit the puller in centrum when you tighten it down on the flywheel, straight-down with a hammer.


Mine did not loose before i used a air pressure wrech ( don?t know what you call it, the one you use on car wheels etc.).
