Proud Papa

My youngest daughter received her associates degree last night and will be attending a four year collage this fall. She did this on her own after working at trivial jobs for five years after high school.I am soooo proud of her. She didn't just get my brains, she got my good looks too! :D :D :p  :D
Re: Proud Papa

Congrats to you and the daughter OMC. I feel like the way she did it is the best. Kids need some life experiance to make any schooling successful. The waiting for 5 years probably made her appreciate the education. Good job to both of you.

Re: Proud Papa

Congratulations! That is quite an accomplishment. Earning her way through college is a good lesson, but just to let you know, there are scholarships out there for her when she goes to her 4 year college. Don't be afraid to apply! Alot of that $$$ goes unclaimed every year. Just a thought. A college education is expensive these days. I'm sure glad I got mine when I did.
Bassy

Great, and I hope she has an associates in something she can make money at. This will help if she wants to go on in her education.
