i have twin 150 4 strokes yamaha on a 25' hydro-sports with 3 blades the
size is 141/4" with 17 pitch s.s., to keep close to the same speed what size
do i need in a 4 blade s.s. .

Why do you feel you need to switch to a four-blade? And as was mentioned, what is the current observed wide open throttle rpm and speed with and average load? Since we don't know what performance issue you are trying to solve, we have no answers for you -- only more questions.
