Help me out here guys.I have a new to me trailer to replace my older shorelander for my 17 Mako. The problem is that the new trailer(ez roller) is a little too big for my boat.I can move back the stantion that the winch is on and it will still be a little too big. What I need to know is the technical name for the stantion that the winch is mounted to.Also there is a stop roller on this stantion which I will have to get an extension for to reach the bow of the boat.I have the boat as far forward as it can be without coming off the back rollers.I want to know the correct terminology when I call the trailer shop .Thanks guys!!! Charlie

I call 'em the "winch stand" and the "bow stop".

I call em' that too. Everybody I know either calls em' by that name or they point and say, "That right there"
