Proper ride height ?

I have a 1994 tracker 21 party barge with a johnson 60 New to tooning Can anyone tell me the speed I should be getting now with a 13 7/8X15p getting 24mph gps but only 4800 rpm did have a 11p but turning 5500rpm but lugging in the water.Any help

You are over proped, if you were getting 5500 rpm before and want more speed try a 13 pitch prop or go back to an 11 pitch four bladed prop.

You need to go back to the 11 pitch to the RPM up to an acceptable range. And then the max speed will be what ever you get.....
