Xmen3, Mix first 6 gallons gas/oil ar 25::1. Idle the motor for 1/2 hour, put the boat in the water and idle around for 1/2 hour, run low, varied throtttle settings for 1 hour and then avoid WOT for 1 hour. That should get you there.

Agree with Chris. The main thing is controlling temperature. You are just trying to give metallic parts time to rub on each other and "get close". That causes friction which produces heat. o:)
