hi there one more questions I bought from iboats.com a propeller solas 4 blade 14" 21 pitch my application is mercruiser 228 1980 alpha one, when I called to order the prop they look for it now my old prop was a 3 blade prop the size was 13 1/2 21 pitch, the problem that I have is when I put the new prop with the thrust hub the spline washer will not reach the shaft, the new prop is a solas amita part# 1513-140-21, do I need to put the thrust washer or not Or I will need another trust washer with a different size? the new prop If I installed with the same trust washer will hit the trim tab like I said if I go on line and look for the prop give the same number that they send me so what is wrong? By the way i was kind of frustated because I was so excited with the new prop I cant fit!!!1
