Prop Torque?

89 Alpha 1 'r' Sterndrive

Just curious how tight I should get the prop nut? I tightened it down real hard when I installed it today and it doesnt seem to spin as freely as it did last year? [note that I did also just replace the water pump impeller too, maybe that has something to do with it?] Thanks

Not sure what your question is or what kind of advice you're looking for... you need a torque wrench and the facory specification for torquing down the nut. Those 2 things tell you everything you need to know.

How could anybody tell from here, whether or not you tightened it properly?
