Is there any good documentation for a step by step without having a owners manual? Will my replacement prop(ordered from iboats) have a manual? I also ordered a prop wrench, prop nut, tabwasher, thrust washer and a spacer just in case. Will I need all these? Also what is the best grease to get?

Pretty straightforward ... shouldn't need the thrust washer, go ahead and use new nut and tab washer, and whatever your favorite marine grease is should do just fine. Just bend up the legs on the tab washer and hold the prop in one hand and loosen the nut with the wrench and your other hand. Easy stuff.
