Prop Sticking

I just got my boat.If I go out and try to spin the prop it feels as if its frozen.With minimal effort it will break free then spin normally.If I go out a few hours later it spins freely.Then if I leave it for a day or two its stuck again.While it spinning it makes a slight rubbing or grinding sound.I doesn't sound horrible,but doesnt sound smooth like a greased bearing either

Take the prop and thrust washer off and clean EVERYTHING probably fishing line and sand causing the issue

Ok, the follow what Ensign said, 'n pull the prop, 'n Look...

It could be ole fishin' line, or possibly the wrong thrust hub....

Or no thrust washer.
