Running twin 225 merc opti max on a 2001 welcraft 290 coastal and have spun two props. They were three blade props. I was wondering because of the weight of the boat should there be 4 blade props. <br /><br />Thanks,jhp
There is a service bulletin ,#2001-01 ,that might help you. Your dealer should know about this .It involves an added bushing in front of the nylon hub of the prop on these 3.0 liters.
