prop size

wanted to know if anyone had a sugguestion on what would be the best prop size for a 1986 Evinrude 200XP on a Ranger 390V. Right now running a S.S. Racker 4 1/2x 24 and at w. o. t. running 5000 rpm. not a very good hole shot.Should I also raise engine up to top notch, no jack plate.

You need to get your rpm's up closer to the suggested 6000 rpm's. This will help your motor and also help with the hole shot.
