Prop shaft seal 15 hp Johnson 1978

Hey guys, me again. I bought the oil seal for the shaft in the lower unit. I can't get the old one off. Any ideas? Any help is much appreciated! Thank you in advance

drive a sharp pick (like an ice pick) into the old seal at an angle (being careful not to booger the race surfaces) and pry her out. I've used a sharp small flat screw driver in the past and a large socket to ease the new seal in position.
