Hey Guys,

I'm replacing the prop seals on my Johnson 35. The Seloc manual suggests coating the seals with gasket sealer on the outside faces, then grease in between the two seals. Sound right? Thanks-Jeff.

I got 'em out of my '75 15hp with an old-school slide hammer with a screw on the end.. yanked 'em out easily, and apparently didn't nick the propshaft, as it seals awesomely now.

We are not talking about a 75, 15. I have seen a lot of water tight gearcases, but never one I would call awesome.
