prop Q's ??

what difference does the pitch of a prop make ? im new to all the techy side of boating and as some a-hole has thrown a lump of concrete in by my launch ramp i will now be needing a new prop <br /><br /> the engine is a 1989 force 150 and its slapped on the back of a 18 and a bit foot bayliner barge, we will be using it for towing toys , fishing and general family cruising , thank you please
