Prop ? on 255xl

Regal Ambassador 255xl what prop r u using?

Just got a new boat, cant make out the numbers on the prop. It is an alum 4 blade. What prop is anyone using with this boat? I would be most into low to midrange use, not corcerned with top speed.

BTW it has a 5.7 motor

There are way too many variables involved to recommend a prop. You need to make sure the engine is in a good state of tune, there's fresh fuel aboard and the bottom is clean, then you can test the prop you have to see how it runs.

You need to make sure the engine operates near the top of its maximum WOT RPM range with a medium load on board.
