prop info or advice

i have a 16.5 alumacraft with a 70 hp evinrude vro with myself and another adult and gear im running about 6000 rpm would a 19 pitch prop lower my rpms is the 19 a good choice or should i just stick with the 17pitch that i have . thanks

According to my info 6,000 is right on.What year motor and what speed?

its a 1989 around 53 km/h

I believe that is almost 33 mph; pretty close to what you might expect.
If you wanted to fiddle you might check if the antiventplate(just above the prop)
is visable on plane and if the carb opens all the way.
