Its hard to say exactly, but if your prop is as bad as it sounds, you rig will be a lot more efficient with a new prop.

I know it's hard to believe but with a new prop that boat will run wide open!

You want a number? It all depends the damage. Slight damage will slow you down a little, major damage will slow you down a lot. They are repairable, cheaper than replacement. If you do buy a new one, consider one of a different pitch. Say if you're running a 17 now and want better holeshot, try a 15. More speed? Try a 19. Those are ballpark guesses. You really need a tach to help determine which way to go. You want the motor to turn 5500rpm with an average load at full throttle for the best performance.
