Recently I purchased some parts from iBOATS.com. I called customer service to return the items and the person I spoke with said I'd receive a Return Authorization number via email. Five days later I had not received an email so I contacted iBOATS via email. I got an auto reply from iBOATS...to someone else's email. I replied to that email requesting an RA no. Again I received a reply to some else's email (who was not very pleased with customer service). I called again and this time they did send an email with an RA no. After mailing the item I replied to that email with a tracking number as requested. Again I received an auto reply to another unhappy customer's email. Something is obviously wrong with the auto reply system. Maybe they should have a real live human reply to emails!!! But based on the performance of the first CS rep I spoke to, that might not be much of an improvement. Wonder if I'll get credit for the returned item- keeping my fingers crossed. I think I'll do my shopping elsewhere.
