Problem with powertrim

I have an Evinrude 110, the powertrim does not lower or lift the motor, it makes noice but does not move. Can someone help me with this problem? Thank you.

Try bleeding it sounds like air in system

Okay, I fixed the problem, on the starboard side of the motor there's a hole with a straight slot screwdriver remove the screw, manually lift the motor and lock it in place. On the stern side of the motor there's another straight slot screw, remove it and fill the hole with transmission fluid, Replace the screw and test it.
