This past weekend I stopped by the Harbor Master's office to buy a yearly launch pass. I got to talking about places to take the family and how far, where to get food and fuel, etc. Paid for sticker and left.<br /><br />Next day I go to put the pass on the trailer and I see it says "2003" printed by hand. I figure it's not the year, I'm probably the 2003rd permit issued. So I walk over to the trailer and look at last years permit and it says "2004". Oh SH**! I say and storm off to the house for my keys to go see the Harbor Master. I pause to think about this and I realize the H/M probably just got distracted by my chatter and wrote the wrong year by accident. So before I go I get some nail polish remover and try to wipe off the hand printed year. It came right off. I find permanent marker and write in 2005. Beautiful.<br /><br />I won't tell anyone if you don't.
