Just had a brand new terrnova 80 thrust installed and it seems that the foot pedal stops working for some reason however the iPilot remote works fine. I tried another pedal and the same thing happens. Supposedly the pedal and ipilot on the terrnova can work together. When the pedal stops the iPilot remote is not even on. Seems to happen more when crossing a lake on the highest speed but have had it in garage when just trying to duplicate the problem. Of course the iPilot remote works fine with it and fished for a good 7 hrs with no problems with the remote and still had 3/4 of the battery on the indicator.
Only thing Minnkota has suggested is to bring it to a service center which are all over 50 miles from my location.

Thinking I should have went with the motor guide at this point. Seems like they have one that does all the similar functions as the terrnova.
