Problem w/SS prop on a 2006 Honda 30

Hello all. I put a SS Turbo Hotshot prop on my Honda 30hp. The prop is a huge improvement over the stock aluminum. The problem I am having with it is, at trolling speed the prop has a rattle, hammer effect. Does this about half the time at trolling speed. Increase the rpm's slightly and it goes away. Can anyone set me straight on what possibly is going on? Thank you. Junky...

Could be a problem with the hub or not having the correct thrust washer.
Sounds like its not balanced.I would not continue to run it until you find the problem.It could damage the prop shaft or lower unit.
