Relatively new to boating and new to this forum.
Boat has a 1994ish 115 Johnson 2-stroke V-4.
I just pulled the boat out yesterday, put the muffs on an ran Sta-bil through the system for a few minutes then shut her down. However, I forgot to run gas out of the carbs. I remembered today so I:
1. Disconnected the fuel line, put the muffs back on, turned the water on, turned the battery switch back on and attempted to start the engine. No response other than the voltage gauge jumping up. No click from the starter, nothing.
2. Reconnected the fuel line, pumped the bulb, attempted to start the engine. Again, no response, no click from the starter, nothing.
Power tilt/trim is still responsive, so batteries are not dead. I am a little confused. Perhaps I am missing something
