Yes - for some time now, however the notification of a PM isn't working. You have to watch for the wee red light in the Messages box next to your username at the top of the page.

Earlier today I couldn't send someone a PM when I tried twice before giving up.

GA, I just sent you a test PM but it looks like it may have went through unlike earlier today.

I would say only half of my PMs work. I am basically giving up on them for awhile.

Nope. No errors. It happens most often when I respond to a PM. I respond and everything looks fine but I don't see it in my sent folder. If I try to send it again, it still doesn't send. At other times, I can initiate a PM to another user and it seems to send fine and then I see it in the sent folder. Very random so far.
