I recently purchased a 12 foot Princecraft alum. boat and was interested in finding out how old it was. I realize that the mfg. date is encoded in the serial # but there is 68 around the start and towards the end there is a 77. The Transport Canada name plate has the capacity in pounds but here in Canada the metric system was just coming into play in the 70's so that wasn't much of a clue.The model is AL-1-121-7 Any help to settle my interests would be a help .Thanks
