Lost suction of fuel while trying to drain water out of 22ft bay boat by getting on plane. Boat was heavy in rear and engine died when the bow was very high trying to get up to drain with plug out. Had to tow back to dock and still can not get bulb to prime. Newer primer bulb and lines.
