I've got so many comments mixed up in mine that it's hard to know what's what. and i don't use 3 gallon a week maybe 5 gallons a month. I do have problem with soft primer bulb and engine runs out of fuel.

Rich,

If the bulb is soft (but not collapsed), that is typical, since it is on the suction side of the fuel system.
If the motor "runs out of gas", either you are not getting fuel, or you are getting air instead. Minor damage to an o-ring in a duel connector, or a poorly-threaded connector at the tank can allow air in. I would try it with the fuel cap loose, to see if you are getting too much vacuum in the tank (that would probably accompany a collapsed bulb)... If the fuel pump has a blown diaphragm, you might get that, but you would also probably have tons of gas in the oil.
